Otto von Troschke - Founder and CEO
Prior to Prorsum, Otto co-founded SUSI Partners, an investment manager focusing on sustainable infrastructure projects and built up the company to EUR 800m AuM. As SUSI’s CIO, he was responsible for all investment decisions made for the four funds SUSI advised. Previously, he worked for Fortress Investment Group, a leading private equity manager, and Morgan Stanley.
Otto also led an initiative between the UN and the World Economic Forum for the implementation of the SDGs in local communities around the world. Otto is co-author of several books and publications on sustainable investing. He studied business management with a focus on informatics in Oestrich-Winkel, Hong Kong and London.
Ulrich Mogwitz - Managing Partner
Ulrich has more than 15 years of experience in the private equity industry and more than 5 years of industrial experience. Before joining Prorsum, Ulrich worked 4.5 years for Ufenau Capital Partners, thereof 3 years as partner. Ufenau is a private equity firm that specializes in building up corporate groups through a targeted buy-&-build strategy. Prior to that, Ulrich was Investment Manager at Hannover Finanz, a private equity firm focusing on growth- and succession-situations in the DACH region, before which he worked as buy-in manager for a large German craft bakery. He graduated as an economic engineer (Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur) from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), holds an Executive MBA from the University of Münster and was lector for the course Certified Private Equity Analyst at the TU München and the Bundesverband Deutscher Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften (BVK).
Jeroen de Haas - Venture Partner and Member of the Investment Committee
Prior to joining Prorsum, Jeroen was CEO of ENECO Group from 2007 to 2018. In his period ENECO developed from a top 3 utility in the Netherlands to a focused and leading green player (especially on- and offshore wind, solar, biomass, heat) in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK and France. The growth of the company was both organically and by acquisitions of several green, digital and generation companies. Jeroen is member of various supervisory and advisory boards a.o. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Royal Wagenborg. Jeroen is WNF ambassador and member of the sustainability group of IEA Paris. He graduated from the University of Utrecht.
Holger Linn - Member of the Investment Committee
Before founding CRESCAT, a corporate finance advisory boutique, Holger has held various leading positions with PE funds such as Alpha Private Equity, Advent International and capiton. He was responsible from deal sourcing to execution and has accompanied portfolio companies as supervisory board member and chairman as well as being member of several global investment committees. Before moving into the Private Equity business, he was Vice President on the Structured Finance division of Dresdner Bank and Senior Consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick Management Consultants with a focus on corporate finance and company valuations. He graduated from Technische Hochschule Darmstadt with a degree in Business Informatics.
Fred Wallenberg - Vice President
Fred primarily focuses on deal origination and execution in the Nordic region. He most recently worked at Patricia Industries in New York, the private equity arm of Investor AB, where he was part of the investment team focused on healthcare, industrials and technology companies. In addition to evaluating new platform investments in North America, Fred worked closely with the portfolio companies and held two board positions. Prior to Investor AB, Fred was an Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York and Temasek Holdings in Singapore.
Fred holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne and a B.Sc. from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
Nicole Colmenares Pulido – Private Equity Analyst
Prior to joining Prorsum, among others, Nicole worked for Climate-KIC, the EU's main climate innovation initiative, developing its impact assessment processes and corporate sustainability strategy, and RutaN, Medellin's innovation hub and institution, supporting the creation and implementation of the Municipality's open innovation strategy and circular economy initiatives, as well as working for innovative startups WeAct and Ulule.
She graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in International Economics, Management and Finance and holds a Master in Business and Development Studies from the Copenhagen Business School.
Harry Hendriks – Board Member
Harry is currently holding various supervisory functions and is a.o. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CZ Insurance. Previously, he was responsible for Global Business to Governments at Philips, CEO of Philips Benelux and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Philips Pension Fund.
He graduated from the University of Tilburg in 1973.
Lars Josefsson – Board Member
Lars is Board Member of Brookfield Renewables Partners and Robert Bosch GmbH. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Vattenfall AB. Lars is also Chairman and Managing Partner of BioElectric Solutions LGJ AB, the founder of the Biomass for Electricity Initiative and Foundation and a member of the board of trustees of Hand in Hand International. He graduated from Chalmers University of Technology in Applied Physics with a Master of Science in 1973 and in 1986 graduated from IMD, Lausanne. Lars is an Honorary Professor in Physics, Brandenburg Technical University, Cottbus, Germany.
Jeroen van der Veer – Board Member
Jeroen is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Royal Philips, Boskalis Westminster and a member of the Board of Equinor. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Delft University of Technology and Chairman of the Chairpersons Community of the World Economic Forum. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Governing Board of the EIT and Chairman of the Rotterdam Climate Initiative. He is the former CEO of Royal Dutch Shell, former Chairman of ING, former Vice-Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Unilever as well as former Chairman of the New Energy Architecture Council of the World Economic Forum and former Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of World Business Council for Sustainable Development. He was appointed by the Queen of the Netherlands as a Commander in the Order of Orange-Nassau and was presented with Singapore's Honorary Citizen's Award. Mr. van der Veer is a Mechanical Engineer, who graduated from Delft University of Technology and went on to pursue a Master in Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
